SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - August 28th, 2020 –
Fieldstone Homes, a well-known Utah home builder, was fortunate to be chosen this year for the opportunity to work alongside Builder's First Source at the HomeAid Utah 2020 Diaper Drive! This event held once a year, picks one lucky home building company to create a home out of donated diaper boxes to show support to local families in need of baby supplies. Many members of the homebuilding community also show their support to this cause by helping collect the donations.
Kellie Little, VP of Marketing at Fieldstone commented, "We are honored to be selected as the Utah Home Builder for the Diaper Drive this year. The Diaper Drive is a great opportunity for us to share with others in our community including women, children and the homeless. There is a great need and we are excited to step up. Our employees also promote the spirit of giving and want to be involved. The Fieldstone Legacy will continue to move forward as we serve our community."
Chosen Fieldstone employees spent the morning at the front of Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, UT constructing a home out of diaper boxes by using teamwork and their creative skills to design a beautiful home with added features of a patio and plants. Nice work Fieldstone!
At the end of the event, items donated were counted up to find that those in the community generously provided:
132,015 diapers
50,470 wipes
2,080 oz formula
