2. Rooftop Concert Series : Fleetwood Mac Tribute
Friday September 1st at 7:30pm

Free concerts in Provo, the first Friday of every month May-September. 2017 will be the 8th year for the Provo Rooftop Concert Series, showcasing the finest bands in Utah. Free concerts, outside, under the stars. And don’t forget the part where we said they are FREE.
The final show of this season will be a special Fleetwood Mac tribute show. Titles “Song Birds & LAndSlides: The Songs of Fleetwood MAc,” the show includes a set backing band, with a variety of local singers covering each song. Local band Pipes will serve as the evening’s opening act.
Festivities begin at 7:30pm at 100 W. Center St., in front of the NU Skin building. Admission is Free.
3. Payson Golden Onion Days Fireworks Show

Head to Payson High School Football Field Friday night for a fireworks show that’s advertised to “knock your socks off” with an “absolute over the top finish.”
The free show will begin at 9:00pm but if you head over to the field at 8:30pm you can score on a great spot, but also enjoy entertainment provided by Payson High School students.
4. Provo’s Puppy Paddle Pool Party

All participants must be currently enrolled students at Utah Valley University or Brigham Young University and have an active university email address.

7. Thanksgiving Point Labor Day Luau

Head to the Pleasant Grove Veterans Memorial Pool for a makeup of the Dive In movie canceled earlier in the summer for weather.
The movie starts at dusk, doors open at 8:15pm.
Admission is free with a season pass. Adults are $5, children ages 1 through 3 are $1 and seniors are $2.50.
Concessions will be open during the movie.
10. Labor Day Pun Run

Whether you are a competitive runner or looking for a wholesome family activity this is a great opportunity to be outdoors and enjoy the beautiful scenic route. The course is on a paved trail in American Fork and Highland. It is an out-and-back with a loop around the pond at Highland Glen Park.
The proceeds from this race will go to the Pregnancy Resource Center of SLC.
